The Parish Council has received an updated site plan for the proposed housing development form Jarvis Homes. An excerpt from the letter sent to the Parish Clerk includes the following summary to the changes from the original proposal:

In summary,
We have shifted the development further to the south slightly, away from the listed buildings in The Street.
All the buildings will be single storey save for the house at the entrance.
The buildings will be brick and not a dark weatherboard. The development faces onto George Field as requested by planning officers and the tree officer at Ashford Borough Council
