To repair/replace and thermally improve the fabric (tiles and membrane) of the north/rear roof slopes and associated half hips at the east and west ends of the building (three in total). II. To repair/replace and thermally improve the fabric (tiles and membrane) of the two dormers in the north/rear roof slope. III. To repair/replace and thermally improve the tile hanging of the single storey east elevation gable end wall. IV. To repair/replace the tile roof of the porch canopy on the east elevation. V. To remove the remainder of the chimney on the north/rear roof slope of the main house at the east end from just above the roof tiles to just below the rafter line and carry the roof over in lieu.
